Last Updated: 9 August 2026

Welcome to Arafah Traders.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Arafah Traders. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. About Arafah Traders

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction.

  • You agree to pay the total amount displayed during checkout.

  • You understand our No Return and No Refund Policy before purchasing.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not place an order.

3. Product Information

Arafah Traders makes reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, including:

  • Product name

  • Product description

  • Product images

  • Weight or quantity

  • Packaging

  • Price

  • Available variants

  • Other relevant product details

Customers must carefully check all product information before placing an order.

Minor differences in product colour, size, appearance, packaging, texture, shape, or presentation may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing variations, or the natural characteristics of certain products.

Such reasonable variations do not automatically make a product defective.

4. Natural Product Variations

Some products sold by Arafah Traders may be natural or food-based products.

Natural products can vary slightly between batches in characteristics such as:

  • Colour

  • Shape

  • Size

  • Texture

  • Taste

  • Moisture

  • Appearance

These natural variations are not considered defects when the product remains suitable for its intended purpose and matches the general product description.

5. Product Images

Product images are provided for identification and presentation purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure images represent the actual products accurately. However, the appearance of a product on your screen may differ slightly because of device displays, lighting, photography, packaging revisions, or natural variations.

Packaging may also be updated by manufacturers or suppliers without prior notice.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee the availability of that product.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Arafah Traders may contact the customer regarding an alternative product, modification, cancellation, or other appropriate solution.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Any applicable:

  • Taxes

  • Delivery charges

  • Shipping charges

  • Handling charges

will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

8. Pricing or Technical Errors

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is displayed with an obviously incorrect price because of a technical, typographical, system, or administrative error, Arafah Traders reserves the right to cancel the affected order.

Where payment has already been collected for an order cancelled solely because of such an error, the amount collected for the cancelled order will be dealt with as required under applicable law and payment-processing requirements.

9. Placing an Order

Customers are responsible for checking their order carefully before confirming payment.

Before placing an order, please verify:

  • Product selected

  • Variant

  • Weight

  • Quantity

  • Price

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Shipping address

  • PIN code

Once an order has been confirmed and processing has started, changes may not be possible.

10. Order Confirmation

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order may be subject to:

  • Successful payment

  • Product availability

  • Address verification

  • Delivery serviceability

  • Fraud-prevention checks

  • Other necessary verification

Arafah Traders reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.

11. Payment

Customers may make payments using payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks, or other payment-service providers.

Customers must provide accurate payment information.

Arafah Traders will never ask customers to provide confidential information such as:

  • UPI PIN

  • ATM PIN

  • CVV

  • Internet banking password

  • OTP

Customers should never share such information with anyone.

12. Payment Failure

An order will not normally be considered successfully placed if payment fails.

If money is deducted from a customer’s account but the website shows a failed transaction, the customer should contact their bank, payment provider, or Arafah Traders with the relevant transaction details.

Reversals for failed transactions may be processed according to the payment provider’s or bank’s procedures.

13. No Return Policy

All sales made through Arafah Traders are final.

Arafah Traders does not accept returns merely because a customer:

  • Changes their mind

  • No longer wants the product

  • Orders the wrong product

  • Orders the wrong quantity

  • Orders the wrong weight or variant

  • Does not like the product after purchase

  • Does not like the taste, colour, texture, size, shape, or appearance where these are normal product characteristics

  • Finds the product available elsewhere at a lower price

  • Purchases the product accidentally

  • Provides incorrect order information

Customers must therefore review their order carefully before completing the purchase.

14. No Exchange Policy

Arafah Traders generally does not provide exchanges after an order has been successfully delivered.

Products cannot ordinarily be exchanged because of:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Wrong quantity selected by the customer

  • Wrong weight selected by the customer

  • Unwanted products

  • Normal variations in natural products

Any exception required under applicable consumer law will continue to apply.

15. No Refund Policy

Arafah Traders does not provide refunds for successfully supplied products simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product.

Once an eligible order has been correctly processed and supplied, the sale is considered final.

Refunds will not normally be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Accidental orders

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Incorrect quantity selected by the customer

  • Incorrect weight selected by the customer

  • Refusal to accept a properly supplied order

  • Normal variations in natural products

  • Minor packaging differences

  • Differences caused by screen display or photography

This policy does not restrict remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

16. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Our No Return and No Refund Policy does not remove any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable law.

If a customer receives:

  • A materially damaged product

  • A materially defective product

  • A product different from the product ordered

  • An incorrect quantity

  • A product that is materially different from its description

the customer should contact Arafah Traders as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Arafah Traders may investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement or another remedy required under applicable law.

17. Evidence for Product Issues

To investigate complaints involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, customers may be requested to provide reasonable evidence, including:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Photographs of the received product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Photographs showing the problem

  • Unboxing video, if available

Customers should retain the product and its original packaging until the complaint has been reviewed.

Providing evidence helps us verify what happened and resolve genuine issues.

18. Opened or Used Products

For safety, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened, consumed, used, altered, tampered-with, or improperly stored products are generally not eligible for voluntary return or exchange.

This includes products where:

  • Packaging has been opened

  • Seal has been broken

  • Product has been partly consumed

  • Product has been transferred to another container

  • Product has been improperly stored after delivery

  • Product condition has been changed by the customer

This provision does not remove any mandatory rights that apply to genuinely defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

19. Order Cancellation

Customers should place orders only after carefully reviewing the products and order details.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

A request to cancel an order does not automatically guarantee cancellation.

Where Arafah Traders agrees to cancel an order before fulfilment, any payment treatment will be handled according to the circumstances, payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.

20. Orders Cancelled by Arafah Traders

Arafah Traders may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment failure

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Delivery restrictions

  • Unserviceable delivery location

  • Misuse of promotional offers

  • Circumstances preventing fulfilment

Where Arafah Traders cancels a prepaid order without supplying the ordered products, any amount collected will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

21. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery information.

This includes:

  • Full recipient name

  • House / building details

  • Street or locality

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Valid mobile number

Arafah Traders is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

22. Delivery Time

Delivery times displayed or communicated by Arafah Traders are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • Regional restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Unexpected operational issues

We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate delivery through our shipping partners.

23. Failed Delivery

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment where required.

If delivery fails because:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The customer refuses delivery without a valid reason

  • An incorrect phone number was provided

  • An incorrect address was provided

  • The location cannot be identified

  • Repeated delivery attempts fail because of the customer

the order may be returned to us by the courier.

Additional shipping or handling charges may apply if reshipment is requested and accepted.

24. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must check the shipping address before placing an order.

Arafah Traders cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If a parcel is delivered according to the address supplied by the customer, Arafah Traders will not be responsible merely because the customer entered an incorrect address.

25. Refused Orders

Customers should not refuse delivery of a correctly supplied order after placing the order.

A voluntary refusal of delivery does not automatically create an entitlement to a return or refund.

Where additional courier or return-to-origin charges arise because of an unjustified refusal, such costs may be taken into account where permitted by applicable law.

26. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer package when it is received.

If the package appears materially damaged or tampered with, customers should document the condition with photographs or video before opening it where reasonably possible.

Such evidence may help us investigate issues with the courier or shipment.

27. Offers, Discounts and Coupons

Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Discounts may apply only to selected products.

  • Minimum purchase requirements may apply.

  • Coupons may have an expiry date.

  • Multiple offers may not be combined.

  • Certain customers or products may be excluded from particular promotions.

Arafah Traders reserves the right to correct or withdraw an offer affected by fraud, misuse, or genuine technical error, subject to applicable law.

28. Product Storage and Usage

Customers are responsible for following any storage, handling, usage, expiry, or other instructions provided with the product or displayed on its packaging.

For food and consumable products, customers should store products appropriately after delivery.

Arafah Traders cannot be responsible for deterioration caused solely by improper handling or storage after successful delivery.

29. Allergies and Individual Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, allergen information, warnings, and other relevant information before using or consuming a product.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical concerns, or special requirements, carefully review the product information and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Do not use or consume a product if you are uncertain whether it is appropriate for you.
